What started as a small family operation at the end of a rickety pier has grown into one of the region's most trusted seafood suppliers. Our founder, Captain Rod Luresworth, had a simple philosophy: "If you wouldn't serve it to your mother, throw it back."

Today, Phisherman's Cove supplies over 300 restaurants and retailers with daily-fresh catches. We operate our own fleet — The Big Banana, the Banana Queen, and our emergency kayak Desperation — and maintain the shortest dock-to-door delivery times in the industry.

Our quality control team inspects every catch using our proprietary "Sniff, Poke, and Stare Disapprovingly" method — a three-step process that has kept our rejection rate at a proud 0.2%.
